Kindergarten: Ourselves™
Ourselves uses a series of age-appropriate stories read aloud by the volunteer along with hands-on activities that demonstrate helping, working, earning and saving.
1st Grade: Our Families™
Our Families emphasizes how family members’ jobs and businesses contribute to the well-being of the family. It introduces the concept of needs and wants and investigates the ways families plan for and acquire goods and services.
2nd Grade:Our Community™
Our Community explores the teamwork roles of workers in a community, the work they perform, and how communities work.
3rd Grade: Our City™
Our City introduces students to the intersection of financial literacy and third-grade social studies learning objectives, including the characteristics of cities and how people and businesses in cities manage their money
4th Grade: Our Region™
Our Region explains the economic/business resources found in state and regional economies. JA Our Region is a series of five sessions recommended for students in fourth grade.
5th Grade: Our Nation™
Our Nation is Junior Achievement's fifth-grade program that provides practical information about businesses' need for individuals who can meet the demands of the job market, including high-growth, high-demand jobs. Students will learn that businesses need workers with skills that are in demand, such as STEM skills – science, technology, engineering and math. They'll understand that people who have these skills benefit from a growing number of career opportunities.
3rd-5th Grade: JA More than Money®
JA More than Money teaches students about earning, spending, sharing, and saving money, and businesses they can start or jobs they can perform to earn money.
